Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, March 15, 2011 – The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced Sept. 3, 2010.

Shares:22 million

Price:five cents

Warrants:22 million share purchase warrants to purchase 22 million shares

Exercise price:10 cents for a one-year period; 15 cents in the second year; 20 cents in the third year; 30 cents in the fourth and fifth years

Hidden placees:40

Pro groups:Anthony Chow 100,000; Brad Wait 300,000

Insiders:Craig Walker 100,000; Yvonne Yeung 60,000; Cathy Lin 30,000

Finder's fee:$65,200 payable to Li Wei
