Cooper Minerals hires Value Relations

Vancouver, June 25, 2007 - Cooper Minerals Inc. has retained Value
Relations (VR) of Germany to provide investor relations-related services
to the company in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The company's
agreement with VR, which is subject to regulatory acceptance, includes a
monthly fee of 3,000 euros for a period of a one-year contract. It also
provides for the granting to VR of an incentive stock option entitling VR
to purchase up to 200,000 common shares of the company pursuant to the
company's stock option plan, which option will vest 25 per cent every four
months from the date of grant.
Simon Tam, president of the company, commented, "Given our growth
