Stock Options Granted
Vancouver, May 14, 2007 - Cooper Minerals Inc. is granting
incentive stock options to a consultant to purchase up to 50,000 common
shares in the capital stock of the company, exercisable for a period of
three years, at a price of 61 cents per share.
