Cooper Minerals Agreement For Contact Lake Claims
Vancouver March 20, 2007 - The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted
for filing documentation in connection with an agreement dated March 12,
2007, between Kalac Holdings Ltd. (Mackenzie Jaims), Mountain Island
Exploration Ltd. (Trevor Teed/Joanne Teed), Lane Dewar and Frontier Asset
Management Ltd. (Denis W. Hayes), and Cooper Minerals Inc. whereby Cooper
has acquired a 100-per-cent interest in mineral claims located in the
Contact Lake property in the Great Bear Lake area of the Northwest
Territories. Consideration is $350,000 and three million common shares of
the company payable as follows: Kalac Holdings Ltd. 450,000 shares;
Mountain Island Exploration Ltd. 450,000 shares; Lane Dewar 100,000
shares; and Frontier Asset Management Ltd. two million shares.
