New Director Appointed
Cooper Minerals Inc. (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of
Simon Tam to the board of directors. Mr. Tam is currently a director of
Consolidated Global Diamond Corp. and E-Energy Ventures Inc.. Both companies
are engaged in mineral exploration and listed on the TSX Venture Exchange.
