Cooper Minerals corrects shares in Heron Lake deal

Cooper Minerals Inc. has clarified the terms of its Heron Lake property deal
reported in Stockwatch on Sept. 16, 2005.
The terms of the purchase agreement for a 100-per-cent interest in the Heron
Lake uranium property located in the Northwest Territories require the company
to issue 1.4 million shares instead of 1.5 million shares to the vendors. Other
terms of the agreement remain the same as previously announced.
