Mr. Rankin is the managing partner of RFPA Management Ltd., providing strategic management and financial consulting services to a variety of businesses in the telecommunications, hospitality, insurance, property development and government sectors. Mr. Rankin enjoyed a 25-year career in policing (RCMP and municipal), retiring as an executive officer in 1997. His varied business and financial background is welcomed by the current board and the company's shareholder investors. Mr. Rankin also has an MBA from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario and is a certified forensic investigator.
